MWE Moms work it in this hip hop based class. With great music and fun and easy choreography, this high energy class is guaranteed to make you sweat and have a blast. If you love to dance and need a FUN way to burn off those calories, this is the class for you! This 60 minute class incorporates a great warm-up with elements of aerobic activity, toning and stretching, and follows with a combination that will keep you movin’ and workin’ it until the very end.

Humility is a virtue, but Midwest Edge has every reason to be beaming… (without apology). Our dancers trained hard and beat Abby Lee (aka Dance Mom) at the Co. Dance Competition at Chicago Marriott (Jan 27th-29th).
Congratulations to MWE and dancers Ansley Miller, Sarah Perkins, Hannah Singer, Sarah Paolucci and Hannah DiValerio who performed their winning number “Countdown” … and all of our “Dance Moms”.
